More glory from India
Guess what now? Another award from India? Wrong. Seven.
All parts of The Complete Adventures of the Unrelated Sound Guy are completed and while waiting for the release we sent them to several festival along with the feature film Duus by Mikko Keinonen, which was the starting point of Mikko's and Mike's cooperation.
Havelock International Film Festival accepted all our submissions and today we received an email that all our submissions were awarded:

Celery has been selected to the program of two festivals: Diamond Bell International Film Festival in Chennai, India and Make Me Laugh festival in Opole, Poland.

"Celery" is ready for publication
The frst excerpt of The Complete Adventures of the Unrelated Sound Guy, the music for Celery will be published for online audience on January 6, 2023. Check it on Videos.
Celery is a heavy instrumental which features Steve Vai on two solos. The other musicians on the track (besides Mike Keneally) are Nick D'Virgilio (f. ex. Genesis, Steve Hackett) on drums and Pete Griffin (f. ex. Dethklok) on bass.
On the day of the premiere, director Mikko Keinonen will be online in Zoom for open conversation from noon til midnight Finnish time (GMT +2). If you're interested, join in.

Global pre-premiere in Zappanale
The Complete Adventures of the Unrelated Sound Guy was shown to a small international audience Zappanale festival in Bad Doberan, Germany. The short film was also featured in an exhibition on Mike Keneally's career. Mike Keneally Report was also the headliner of the festival.
The screening in Zappanale was planned to be the world premiere but since the release of Mike's album was delayed, also the short film will stay in process.
Although not yet complete, The Complete Adventures of Unrelated Sound Guy was received with great enthusiasm by the attendants at the premiere.
